
Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for being a valued customer of Langos Boys. By enrolling in the Langos Card, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Loyalty Program is open to all customers who are at least 18 years old.
1.2. Customers must be have phone either iPhone or Android.
2. Enrollment & Account Creation
2.1. To participate, you must scan QR code and add Langos Card to the wallet.
2.4. You may not transfer or share your account with others.
3. Earning Points
3.1. You will earn points based on your eligible purchases. For every lángos, chimney cake, zapiekanka or sausage, you will receive 1 stamp.
3.2. Points will be automatically credited to your account after each qualifying purchase.
3.3. Points may be awarded for specific actions such a participating in promotions, etc.
4. Redeeming Points
4.1. Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or other offers as specified in the Loyalty Program.
4.2. Rewards may vary and are subject to availability. Langos Boys reserves the right to modify or discontinue rewards at any time without prior notice.
4.3. Points may only be redeemed by the account holder and cannot be transferred or shared with others.
4.4. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Program Limitations
5.1. The Loyalty Program is for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
5.2. Points and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
5.3. Langos Boys reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Loyalty Program at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
6. Promotions & Special Offers
6.1. From time to time, Langos Boys may offer special promotions or limited-time offers within the Loyalty Program.
6.2. All such promotions will be governed by separate terms and conditions, which will be made available at the time of the promotion.
6.3. Some promotions may require a separate sign-up or action to qualify for additional rewards.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
7.1. Langos Boys reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the program, or violate any of these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. If your account is terminated, any unused points will be forfeited.
7.3. You may terminate your participation in the Loyalty Program at any time by contacting customer support at

8. Disclaimers
8.1. Langos Boys is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of rewards, points, or accounts.
8.2. Points and rewards may not be combined with other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated.
8.3. In case of a system error or technical issue, points may be adjusted or revoked at Langos Boys's discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Langos Boys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Loyalty Program.
10.2. By participating in the Loyalty Program, you release Langos Boys from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the program.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1. Langos Boys reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice.
10.2. Any changes will be posted on the company’s website. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom . Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of United Kingdom.
